Google Customer Engineer Salary

Any idea about the OTE and RSU package Google can offer for a Level 6 role in Germany or Switzerland? There is not much public data about their compensation levels in those countries.

Depends a lot if you counting the base salary or total comp with stocks, L6 in Germany I seen around 130-150k base but the RSU package makes big difference

I was asking the target: OTE = Base + Target Commissions

Is it true they are classed as sales so get bonus based on that

yes, this is sales role. they have either 80/20 or 70/30 splits depending on role/region. Bonus comes from sales as commission.
