There are thousands of academics that have devoted their careers to answering this, many of them have published books that you can read up on. Very interesting topic however I imagine the truth is a bit more mundane than the reasons you've got in your head.
The place the scapegoat came from was Jewish people in Germany occupying a very large percentage of the upper middle class, at a time where there was mass unemployment and the economy was in the shits from heavy reparations from WW1. The jews were just a visible target that hitler could use to unite the disenfranchised masses.
Why were the jews in that economic class? probably the same reason they are on average very successful today, the have a culture that values education, work and they have a community that tries to support each other wherever possible. The sad part about this type of anti-jewish message is that our communities could learn from their patterns to success instead of demonising them for it.

I've had a conversation with someone who actually saw the live that this came from.
Here's the context, which isn't anywhere near as bad as this makes it look.
"Since October 2020, he was minding his own business without talking about the Jewish community until today. The man was living his life, came out with new concepts like building an igloo and insta page where they can spit bars and vibing with dj sets, creating his own site with merch... he even bought 2 dogs. And guess what ? They shut down his account (wileyrecordings), tried cancelling his shows, threatened people and called his children school.So what he could do ? Keep being silenced, pretend his mental health is okay when people are litteraly dehumanising him ? When he talked about hitler, he wasnt saying that hitler had a valid reason to hate jews, he was saying that hitler clearly had some issues that were taking him to think the way he did."
So, here it seems that Wiley is trying to face the negatives of his past, giving some context for the way he has been and in mentioning it, as is common with someone with mental health issues, puts his reason wrongly and is now being given heat about it.
It would be worth getting hold of the whole video.

I mean, also, there were some posts that were clearly intended to wind up the jewish community. It probably speaks to his mental condition that he thinks its ok to joke about it, and it's just not. Clearly, you should just stay away from all of that, apologise for what was said, and move on.
While, yeah, it seems like he was trying to move past, he doesn't help himself. In an ideal world, he could do with someone running his socials for him, but i don't know who would do that. It'd be a full time job, because most of the job would be dealing with the mania.

During the Middle Ages, State and Church laws restricted Jews, preventing them from owning land and holding public office. Jews were excluded from most occupations, forcing them into pursuits like money-lending, trade, commerce.

If they gave Wiley a fair punishment in the first place this wouldn't be happening right now. If they just suspended his account for a month for the tweets he would've accepted the punishment but they took it too far and tried to wipe him off social media completely. Now he's got nothing to lose
