It was only in a Supergirl comic that I'm not sure was canon to New Earth. It was also in a web short for Justice League Action, so it technically exists in some capacity, though that version gender swapped Clark instead of making him fruity.

See at first I’d be down to get an ironic tattoo for a free computer. But then the health warrantee makes me pause. Lexcorp definitely would put something evil like a mind-control serum or body-horror nanobots into something like tattoo ink.
It's from the 2025 Superman movie, basically the villain Lex Luthor has trained monkeys that do online trolling to make Superman look bad. It makes more sense if you've watched the movie
His speech to superman moved me ngl, not because i agree or relate to it but because of how he delivered it with such conviction and honesty. You really know what he is about.
Lex is full on comic supervillain in that movie and its honestly delightful. Its a very different take on the world of Superman than we have seen on film before.
The context is the Lex Luthor used tons of monkeys and had them all comment, repost, create and everything else to shit on Superman in the internet. They even made #Supershit

There was a Superman comic (80's or 90's, I think?) about Lex and Braniac making a mock danger that got Superman in the outskirts of Metropolis. Brainiac then made some sort of psychic tech sheild over Metropolis to keep Superman out, as Lex was at city hall making a speech about how Metropolis had become too reliant on Superman to solve all the city's problems. That's it. He was just trying to keep Superman out so he could lead the city could become more self sufficent again.
You'll never guess how his harmless speech was thwarted. Some kid had an AirHeads taffy. He opened it and the balloon head mascot flew out, said this speech was boring, distracted Lex, and then bonked into Brainiac's head making him drop the psychic sheild. Superman then flew in and tied them both up with a steel girder.
I still like Lex's reasoning in All-Star Superman. He is the end of human ambition and progress because you can never match the alien god. I don't agree with it, but I think its an interesting argument to make.
Hes a pos, he let a mentally unstable dog free and it 100% chases and murders cats as it can drag SUPERMAN away and didnt recall on command immediately. He chased monkeys at the end so we have ecidence its a fucking plague on this planet and needs to be put down. He bullies regular humans with his powers and tries to be the morally upstanding person, such trash
