I don’t see when he flicked it forward and when it came back? I think you’re getting confused from the perspective of it going up and it looking like it’s going forward cus the camera angle. I had to see it a few times. He’s really putting a flick of the wrist on it to make it spin super fast and throwing it high so the spinning and camera angle make it look weird.

But anyway fuck I’ve smoked for 9 years quit for 6 then been smoking again for 2. I should’ve bee doing this all along! At least I’d have a sweet trick instead of just impending lung cancer

Yes, I do. I’ve seen the same guy’s instructional video on how to do it my guy. It’s more like throwing a frisby to yourself though. He’s throwing it upwards, not just forwards
