Spicy Half Smoke. It’s a spicy beef and pork smoked sausage with chili, mustard, and chopped onions. Really good stuff.

Forgot to add: I simmered the sausages in beer before lightly air-frying them to crisp up the casing a touch.

Today only until midnight (Oct. 20): A 9-inch stretch hot dog with chopped tomatoes, bacon bits, and blue sour cream, served with blue popcorn. All for $6.33.

In other news - I had my first sausage dog or hot smoke today. Having never come across a half sausage half hot dog I enjoyed every bite and plan to visit the farm for another.
