It kinda looks traced to me because the proportions seem quite professional while the shading is non-existent (and that amount of scars says "young artist" to me)

Hard to say. It actually looks like a similar style to someone I followed on DeviantArt back in the day, but a similar style doesn’t automatically mean it’s traced.
