The original manifesto

Is there a group which refutes all manifestos except the original manifesto?

Not that I'm aware of, and I'm very skeptical that there would be any that would.

But if you feel inspired by the first manifesto's message and vision the way I am, you might be curious to investigate Aretéanism, which was made as a direct attempt to answer the call of the Humanist Manifesto and fulfill its promise.

"Today [our] larger understanding of the universe, [its] scientific achievements, and deeper appreciation of [global kinship], have created a situation which requires a new statement of the means and purposes of religion. Such a vital, fearless, and frank religion capable of furnishing adequate social goals and personal satisfactions may appear to many people as a complete break with the past. ... To establish such a religion is a major necessity of the present. It is a responsibility which rests upon this generation." -The Humanist Manifesto (I)

I find the Humanist Manifesto II much more inspiring. While I don't agree with everything in there, it gives great coverage of many of the ideals in a short few pages.

"Reason and intelligence are the most effective instruments that humankind possesses. There is no substitute: neither Faith nor passion suffices in itself. Controlled use of scientific methods, which have transformed the natural and social sciences since the Renaissance, must be extended further in the solution of human problems".

"We deplore the division of humankind on nationalistic grounds. We have reached a turning point in human history where the best option is to transcend the limits of national sovereignty and to move toward the building of a world community in which all sectors of the Human family can participate."
