Thats MAGA whole personality. They dont care that trumps a pedo, or how much he is destroying the country. They only care that he is hurting the left and thats all that matters to them

The Republicans controlled the house when the american relief act was passed, it would be impossible to have passed without republican support. here is the actual congress tracker for that legislation, you'll see that 170 Republicans in the house and 39 in the senate voted for it
