Beta 3 Health app lost features

I no longer have readiness score or the new features I saw in the prior betas. What happened?

Do you have series 12 or ultra 4 watch? Do you see readiness score in Fitness app?
Readiness score missing from health app of you have s12/u4 is weird, I would report that as bug in Feedback app.
But it’s normal the other new features in health app are missing from DB4/PB3 - Apple has said they were doing initial test for those features in beta of 27.2 but they would not be in final betas/final verisons because they are planning release of the new health features for later this year.

Final version of 27.2 will be released this week or next. Soon after beta of 27.3 will be available and likely they will return new health app features for us to continue testing.

I have a series 12. I see readiness on my watch and I found it in Fitness. But I had the new UI for the Health app until this update

Yes they removed it in 27.2 beta 4. Unsure why, was likely being piloted in the previous betas and will come back at some point either in a later beta or full release

They said from the beginning they were testing the new health app on iOS 27.2, but it would be released in a future update (27.3 or 27.4)
