Music IIL the hypnotic, melting synth sound from 0:10–1:30 of this song, WEWIL?

IIL The Pavements Light - The Avalanches, specifically the part from around 0:10 to 1:30, where this hypnotic synthesizer sound comes in, WEWIL?
There’s something about that looping, dreamy, almost trance-like sound that makes my brain melt in the best way. 🫠 It feels warm, immersive, and slightly psychedelic, and I could listen to that section on repeat forever.

Thanks!

If you've never heard it before you should try PC Music Vol 1! It's the first album from the music collective that popularized a lot of these sounds.
