Hi everyone! I’m graduating this December and relocating to Chicago for school, so I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the Spring semester. This is for my 1 Bed / 1 Bath unit at Vernon Stables.

The sublease is for December 2026 – May 2027, starting December 14th

To make the transition super easy and stress-free for you, I’m covering a ton of upfront costs:

December rent will be covered, and I’ll pay for the application and move in fee. No extra out-of-pocket costs to get moved in.

Rent: $920/month + utilities

The property itself has amazing amenities, making life very convenient:
