I like to make something I like to call fire bombs. I take habaneros and hallow them and fill them with cream cheese and candied pineapple, wrap them in bacon, smoke will done and finish with a pineapple bbq sauce.
I do the same thing but with cream cheese, feta, garlic, and crumbled bacon. We call them cherry bombs. They're delicious but my god is it hell on a turd cutter.

The sweetest of the pepper works really well.
