Yeah, it looked and sounded like she was genuinely in fear for life.

And that's not apparent from the video. 

The video shows a woman who is so terrified of something that she is in full flight mode. For all we knew, she had a pimp in pursuit intent on doing harm or worse.

She appears to be genuinely in fear for her life.
