Today actually felt good lol!
Tried wider stance and it feels a lot better for my dip and rack!
Also,ditched the crocs. 😂
My left shoulder goes a little unstable in the last reps,so I might have to do some additional work for it.
Full routine was:
8 sets of 10 reps long cycle.
3 sets of 7
weighted chin ups 32 kg.
3 sets of 10-15 z presses 2x16.
4 sets of 5 cossack squats with 2x16.

Good work.
If you can, try not to rest when dropping down from the jerk into the re-clean. If you keep training, that will be a bad habit with 24s, especially considering how strong you are. You will eventually lift 28s/32s if you train for 1-2 years
The rest in the rack after the jerk is really only done with very heavy weight. And even then, elite lifters avoid that rest entirely. They only rest in the rack after the clean—not after the jerk.
When you rest before the re-clean you don’t get to use the momentum of the bells going down.Â

Looks like he starts doing that on the 2nd half of the video. I’ll also keep this in mind!

This post has been tagged Training Video (not a Form Check or an instruction video).
By "Training video" we mean it is how this person was training. It might look good, but it also might look bad. It might even be bad. That's what they chose to do and we assume they did it knowingly and that they assume full responsibility for their own actions.
Do not post unsolicited form corrections, medical advice or injury alarmism. If you see a lift you are unfamiliar with, do not assume it is incorrect or dangerous. If you have never used kettlebells, definitely refrain from form critique or medical advice. It is not breaking your, or the poster's, back or knees or shoulder.
Injury alarmist commenting or other sort of babysitting is not useful or welcome.
Curious questions however are welcome! Just be nice and cool about it, and do check if somebody already asked.
