Anyone had issues with getting email updates?

Noticed I wasnt getting updates for a project I backed, and when checking KS they said emails have been bouncing back and to update it.

When I go to update I have to use a verification code that is emailed to me, and I get that in just fine. Is there anything I can do here or is it just my email provider being a pain? I cant 'update' it to the same email as it says its already being used.

What email provider are you using? If you are using company-provided emails, they may block these before you get.

Are you using masking services like apple relay?

It also depends whether they are sending survey invites from a third party pledge manager like BackerKit

It is an older ISP email. Is BackerKit potentially the reason the updates wont come through but verification code emails do? I didnt check to see if the code was from the same no-reply email as updates.

Not getting update emails would be fine to me I guess, I can just check them on the site, but the project I backed said shipping tracking would be sent through email and that I definitely dont want to miss.
