Identification of a group of young people

Hi, I've been in kiruna for about a week recently, in the lombolo area by the frost longstay. I've noticed a peculiar group of people patrolling around in their cars, mostly old models with mods like red lights on the inside or lowered suspensions, they seemed to also have all a red triangle in the back of their car. Some of them seemed to enjoy driving on slippery surfaces far more than I would expect from a local 😂

I searched online if there were such a cultural movement in Sweden but I couldn't find much info, can any of the locals inform me?

Help there not a cult (even if it seems so), its called like EPA tractor, 30km/h tractor/car? You can drive em when you turn 15. Youve encountered 'Epa raggare'. Congrats

Hahaha thanks. It's cool. Part of traveling is about meeting new cultures and widening your views, I think that as a local I would find them annoying and noisy but as a tourist it definitely is part of the discovery package. I found raggare online, they looked like the "adult version" of them, and the words I read here seem to confirm it.
