I remember going on a 14 mile hike near Boulder about 10 years ago, and once I got to the peak I was huffing and puffing and barely able to make it. And then some guy came jogging past all casually just carrying a water bottle like it was his daily routine. I’ll never be on that level but I commend those who are haha

14 miles is no joke! I will say, living in Boulder definitely skews one’s perspective on endurance sports lol

Looks like a tool to massage out cramps. I have something similar to release tension in my back.
