I just got back from the park and I am 5’9, 350 lbs. I can ride collusus, bombora, and primordial fine. I wasn’t sure about Nutcracker and couldn’t find anything online about it. They did have a test seat and while it didn’t feel the most comfortable, it easily turned green. And it wasn’t even close- I had an inch or so of clearance of it green. While in line, I told a worker that I was nervous if I would actually fit and she told me that the red side first seat is wider and that the arm can raise higher to accommodate more as well. I don’t know if an adjustment could have been made but I was told it wouldn’t close and I wasn’t going to be able to ride. Super bummed after waiting 45 minutes. I wouldn’t even had tried if the tester didn’t show green. What’s the point of a tester that is not accurate? Other rides like Cannibal the tester accurately will not show green (for me). Just hoping to save other plus size people the same wait and disappointment. I have a booty and a belly but if you had less booty and could sit further down into the seat, it could work for you.

Was planning to do something else for today, but I thought I'd do something more evil for the number 13.

I have a dream for a custom window roughly that size, and this window made my heart happy.

I was talking to my friend about Lagoon deaths and such, and she told me the first time she went to Lagoon, someone jumped off of the top of a ride. She was fairly young when it happened, but she told me all she could remember.

Yeah, it's really shaky info. I couldn't find anything online about it, and I wonder if it got reported, but was buried under the many reports about Cannibal opening that year. I'm going to ask her parents who were there at the same time about it, and her cousin who was working there and told them about the incident, and I'll post updates when I can. If anyone knows/remembers anything like this, please let me know.

And before anyone says "your friend probably made it up," no she didn't. She's not that kind of person, she is the most honest person I know, and I will absolutely not accept any slander towards her.

I've been working on AmusementPins, a community database made to document and identify amusement park pins from parks around the world.

The site lets you browse pins, build your own collection, submit pins that are missing, and explore parks and pins through a world map. We're also working on an image search feature that will eventually let you upload a photo of a pin and try to find matching pins in the database.

Right now, I really want to grow the Lagoon collection and get as many Lagoon pins documented as possible.

If you have any Lagoon pins, especially older, unusual, or hard to identify ones, we'd love for you to submit them. Even pins that seem common can help fill gaps in the archive.

Like a lot of you here, I’ve always felt Lagoon could use an app to navigate the park and keep track of wait times without constantly guessing or manually submitting.

A friend and I have been building an unofficial companion app called Park Guide for Lagoon and I'd love the community to try it out and let me know what you want to see in it.

What’s currently built in:

• Ride Wait Times: Estimated and submitted wait times across most of the major rides, more to come. Wait times automatically update as long as the app isn't swiped closed.
• Interactive GPS Park Map: Custom map layout pinpointing ride entrances, food spots/menus, games, and restrooms.
• Searching and navigation: Quickly locate specific attractions, dining, and facilities.
• Frightmares: Themed map, Haunted house locations and wait times support for frightmares

Before you ask, no I won't be fully converting this into a Frightmares only thing. I will still take pictures of different areas to keep it more fresh. This image is what I was going to use for last week, but I didn't have time to take it before I had to go, so I resorted to one in another room. Hey y'all, I'll be going to Lagoon with my 3 best friends next Saturday, so stoked . We're planning to be at the gate with tickets pre-purchased online 20 mins before open. Just looking for general advice to make sure we can ride every (adult) ride and all the Frightmares stuff including shows. Planning to buy the Frightmares fast passes just to be safe since we only have the one full day. Hoping for good weather and short lines especially in the morning!

I remember when we all called this The White Rollercoaster. Now it's just The Rollercoaster? No one calls it the brown rollercoaster. I don't know, I think it needs a name, considering there's several rollercoasters at Lagoon.

I have way more but it only allows 20!
