Brick retaining wall
Hi all,
I have a small retaining wall of 600mm tall and 6 metres in length. I have spoken to a bricklayer who seems to think with a proper reinforced footing and drainage, double brick would be a solid choice for the wall.
Is brick generally a bad idea for a retaining wall?

brick can work fine if the footing and drainage are done right, seen plenty of old brick walls hold up better than some modern block jobs
