Might wanna look for something with a 16:10 screen, really helps with excel so you're not scrolling forever. Just make sure it has at least 16gb ram or sql will make you suffer

What’s ur budget? I’d recommend a Mac, but if you’re really hardcore on excel and stuff and want to practice then windows is what most firms use. Everything else you listed a Mac can do well too.

If you are using programs like exel I would look at Windows laptops If you are ok with going used i'd get a used thinkpad, I would personally would go with the T14 I have a T480 that I bought for my degree and I love it. They are business laptops so you can find companys selling off there old thinkpads in bulk on ebay for a very reasonable prices.

macbook air with 16gb ram or more, look for used refurbished if not the new ones it will still do you a solid 4-5 years.
