⚠ Content Warning: {describe here} Mental Health/Closted Spoiler

My mental health is deteriorating but I’m closeted so I can’t ask for help. I’m crying at work and losing my mind. All I hear everyone angry at me. I live with my bigoted family so asking for help would just make it worse. I’m so sorry, I couldn’t edit the flair properly it won’t let me. I just need to get this out.

r/offmychest could also help too if needed, talk to a friend who could understand. if in school, talk to a counselor (if you trust them) and try to just get it out. if you like writing, write about it and burn it after if you're worried it will be read
