Hey there everyone. I was a teenager when LP was at their peak it early 2000s. I played hybrid and meteora day and night, but I always skipped this one song or if I did listen to it I didn't pay any attention or it didn't sound as good as the rest. Forgotten. Now I'm in my late 30s and I can't but seriously think that this is their best song. Is it just that it seems "new" to me, but still has that old LP vibe or why do I find this song all of a sudden playing in my head all the time? And to top it all I think the name of the song is quite fitting. Forgotten. Glad I found you again in new light and mind!

I had some ideas what to draw with the letters LP. What do you guys think? I personally like the first on in the top left corner the best.

I think it's pretty good and I love that she is talking about Trans rights and LGBTQ+ rights in general.
I think Chester would be really proud of her
What do you guys think of the song🤔

This is my attempt at completing a Linkin Park demo titled "TooLeGit" using my vocals, with the opening for "Dragon Ball Super: Beerus" as a visualizer.
Here is the original demo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35H1_yiy6tY

I would love to hear your thoughts or feedback!

I remember that back in the days somewhere arouns the release of Meteora I saw a TV documentary abour Linkin Park but I can’t regocnize what it was. There are bits that I remember. I remember at one point Brad (or Mike?) were talking about Chesters voice that he has three voices in one and that there was also some stories about Breaking The Habit.
Could be a long shot, but can someone identify what it could have been?

I still can't believe this actually happened.
I'm an independent fashion designer from South Korea, running a small clothing brand.
Like many of you here, I grew up listening to Linkin Park. Their music was a huge part of my teenage years.
A while ago, something pretty surreal happened. Joe Hahn wore some clothes I designed.
Just seeing someone I'd admired since I was a kid wearing something I made was already more than I could have imagined.
But then, during Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving), I got an Instagram DM from Joe himself.
He told me he was coming to Korea that weekend for a movie premiere and asked if I wanted to come.
I nearly lost my mind.
I replied immediately, thanking him and asking when and where it would be.
Seen.
No reply.
An hour passed. Then five hours. Then twelve.
Still nothing.
And because I apparently have absolutely no patience when it comes to Linkin Park, I booked a train ticket to Seoul.
I didn't even know what day the event was. 😂
At this point, I started wondering if I'd somehow said something wrong.
Eventually, I went digging through Korean Linkin Park fan communities to figure out his schedule.
And somehow, after all that, I actually got to meet him.
The guy whose music I listened to through my earphones as a teenager was suddenly standing right in front of me.
It was such a surreal moment.
I've been going through a difficult time with my brand lately, and I'd honestly been wondering whether I should keep going.
But this whole experience reminded me why I started creating things in the first place.
I never imagined that something I designed in my little studio in Korea would eventually reach someone who had such a big influence on my life.
Just wanted to share this with fellow LP fans.
Life is weird sometimes, in the best possible way.
And Joe, if you somehow happen to see this, thank you. You have no idea how much this meant to me.
P.S. Just to clear things up, Joe did get back to me later! He apologized for the late reply, gave me the exact date and details of the event, and we continued chatting through DMs after that. I think my message just got buried in his inbox haha. He was genuinely such a nice guy in person too!

Hi I went to walmart yesterday and found this Unshattered Cd signed. However when I got home I searched up signatures of the band members and none of them matched (as far i can tell). Does anyone know if this is an actual signature or someone just messing with me😭
Edit: Alright thanks everyone just wanted to be sure

Often people ask me "what's your favorite Linkin park song", well I don't have one. I really love their music but I simply don't have a favorite song. Am I the only one without a favourite song?

honorable mention but I love the stick and move Xero demo. Mark sounds absolutely lovely on that track, so does Mike. I love the Xero demo tape and that fuzzy guitar tone.
and yes these songs are in order.

I was listening to Runaway earlier and started thinking about the line “shut the door and open up my mind” and how it could potentially have a much darker double meaning.
Obviously, the more straightforward interpretation is wanting to shut out the world and clear your head, but I feel like “open up my mind” could also be interpreted in a very literal and disturbing way, especially when paired with “shut the door.”
I don’t really want to get too graphic about it out of respect for Chester and the subject matter, and I’m definitely not trying to suggest this was the intended meaning. I just thought it was an interesting, yet pretty unsettling way to interpret the lyric.
Has anyone else ever thought about it this way?

There was only me and two other 17 yo Taiwanese locals watching as it was at the very end of the screening. Only one show per day.
Had a short chat, and they said they liked LP since their dads listens to them too.
Now I feel old. Great movie nonetheless, more of a recap for us hardcore fans.

A mashup I made of STATICA by Avenged Sevenfold with Good Goodbye, these two songs are in the same Key for the most part, and a close BPM range too!
I then played and experimented around with the Statica stems and all, editing and restructuring them to fit LP’s structure style, while also adding some guitars here and there to give it more of that A7X flare. Lemme know what y’all think!
PS: This is also kinda how I’d imagine if LP and A7X made a song or side project together in later years, or perhaps if they made Statica together 😅
