Itās exercise actually, I forget the name of the breed but these dogs are actually tracking/hunting dogs, and what heās doing is a mixed exercise of teaching the dog to track, and what to do when they found a scent of something their hunting for but canāt see. He isnāt howling because heās mad, heās howling because thatās what heās suppose to do.Ā

Miserable "animal lovers" when they see pet owners doing literally ANYTHING with their pets (playing ball with your dog is obviously very dangerous and stressful, and it will die of depression and AIDS if you do so):

I think more websites should include a feature that if you comment something like this on a normal ass video of someone playing a game with their pet it blares a loud air horn in your ears while a pop up appears in big giant text that says "PETS WILL JUST BE DONE WITH YOUR SHIT IF YOU'RE DOING SOMETHING THEY DON'T LIKE, THEY ARE NOT HELPLESS LITTLE GUYS. THEY HAVE SHARP TEETH AND CLAWS!!!!!!" and you have to read it out loud before you're allowed to close the pop-up and post your comment and if you don't read it out loud and try to close the pop up you have to do 100 captures in a row without fail or else you have to completely start over

I see videos all the time of people playing with an animals and people always comment "what if the animal is stressed?"
They will, 99% of the time, walk away. unless there's like super abusive shit behind the scenes, if a pet doesn't like something, it'll just leave to go do something else.Sometimes my dog isn't in the mood for pets, and I'll reach down, and he'll just go play with his ball or something.

Shocked this is getting downvoted, when this is a very well known fact about dogs, they don't like this sort of stress, It's fine to play with a dog, but when its including food and teasing them to this degree, or with throwing a ball pretending to throw it then hiding it away, that can cause a lot of anxiety and trust issues to build up. There's this major problem on reddit of people trying to assign human emotions to their pets when inherently animals like dogs and cats act very different in emotions to humans.
Maybe its just how I was raised, but I was always taught just never fucking do this, always be very caring towards the dog, and It's fine to play in terms of stuff like tug of war, or throwing a ball for the dog to catch, but never tease them with that ball, food should be used as a reward not a tool for playing, this dog isn't a toy it's a living thing with its own wants and needs, and it needs to be treated with the same respect you'd give to any other living thing, that's also what worries me when I see a lot of people post stuff about animals online.
