During the trollhunters movie, there is an alien woman (dont worry about it) and a human jock who kiss several times. It is revealed at some point that with enough kisses has resulted in the alien woman impregnating the jock.
The jock spends half the movie having unfunny pregnancy craving and mood swings jokes until he gives birth to like 5 alien kids. But you don't have to worry about it, because the main character goes back in time, thus erasing the newborn babies from the timeline. Somehow the alien and the jock are okay with this.
While they result in the same outcome, I don't think most people would consider altering the past in such a way that a birth no longer happens "abortion".
I honestly think the writers had an inside joke and put it into the movie because even if it was for comedic effect, what was the purpose of this in a kids movie 😭
Steve (human) and Aja (humanoid alien- sorry, Akoridian, who can take human form) are dating. Steve accidentally kisses Aja for the seventh time, which somehow gets him alien pregnant with like seven kids.
iirc there was a guy who was dating an alien or something along those lines and after a very specific number of kissing said being you wouod get pregnant but it's the males that would get pregnant. The guy didn't know of this and ended up getting gregnant
