I got 20 years with my little guy, Target. Had to say goodbye only a couple weeks ago. Truly couldn’t have imagined a better kitty. I have severe chronic health issues and he was born to be a caretaker, certainly brought me a lot of joy even on my worst days. Ugh. Miss you, buddy.

Totally cheating, OP. Everyone loves cats. :)

Me too! I got a cat a year ago and she is the first cat I’ve ever had (took care of some strays for a bit though) and she’s the best thing in the world! <3 I found out very quickly how easily people can end up with like 20 cats lol
