Dumb take on two completety situations.
One is a young guy that drink, got drunk then drive in broad daylight.
The other is an aged-woman who might have underlying health conditions.
And how do we even know the police didn't conduct urine/alcohol test on that ustazah? Iirc, these two tests are typically conducted regardless of race or gender when and if it involves a person ramming the vehicle they're driving into a person(s), vehicle(s) or building (s).
Also, a few articles already explicitly and elaborately explained why the guy was charged with murder, and under which code the guy was charged.

Aku dh agak dh mmg ada si bangang yg akan compare kes ni dgn kes mabuk sebelum ni. Sebelum tu, kau ade otak tk? Teruk sgt tk leh comprehend the difference between these two cases. Yg kes mabuk tu sengaja bawak kereta dh tau mabuk, yg langgar budak sekolah tu pulak tk sengaja tekan minyak. But kalau explain panjang lebar pon bukan kau nk terima pon

Kalau x bangang, mmg boleh tau beza. Im an indian and can clearly see there are no drugs and alcohol involved in the Ustazah case. Its clearly an unfortunate accident most likely due to exhaustion or human error. Unlike the other case which had a guy full of drugs and alcohol. Dont be trying to stir up racial issues by comparing apples and oranges.

Was the ustazah drunk and high with drugs?

Did you read the article? The point is both were incompetent to drive but only 1 was subjected to breathlyzer and urine test. That procedure was not followed is the point being made here.

Enlighten me please, why is the ustazah incompetent to drive? Its not mentioned in the article if she has any sort of illness that impairs her capabilities or if she does or does not posses a driving license

That's the point, if she was competent to drive then the accident wouldn't have happened. There must be a reason. The due process is that you don't eliminate evidences purely based on a racial conclusion that the Malay wouldn't drink but the Indian would.
Of course, there are biases in this world but again, procedures must be followed and not skipped because of someone being a certain race.
And inb4 someone piles on the racial issue, it works both ways. THATS THE POINT.

A competent driver would not be involved in an accident? Are you sure? Then, why is the definition of accident defined as an unfortunate incident that happens unexpectedly and unintentionally, typically resulting in damage or injury?
Meanwhile, the other driver, intentionally drove against the traffic, crossing double lines, and was under DUI.

I guess he is writing that shit under the influence of alcohol or drugs 🤷🏻 better get him tested lol before he starts driving and murdering people

It called an accident? Then your suggestion is that if any sort of accident happens, its because the parties in involved are incompetent drivers and "accident" is just a made up word. On top of that, you want everyone who got into an accident to take a breathelyzer test, every single one of them.
You realize how ridiculous you sound?
Its just a basic logic and deduction process, if the ustazah does no reek of alcohol, does not have any sort of indication of being intoxicated at the time and no sigh of alcohol bottle/can anywhere in or outside the car there's really no need for breathelyzer test.

I did read the article. The question is, did the ustazah DUI or at least suspected to be DUI? No, I guess not, right? Human error.
Then we got the other guy. Quite obviously drunk when they caught him was it not?
The article is implying racism is at play. That’s all.

Just let the prosecutor decides. I'm more interested in the netizen's reaction, do people get angry with this ustazah? I know I am. This girl just sitting at school meant to be a safe space, and then the stupidity this ustazah cost the girl her life. No normal person will make the ustazah's mistake, maybe a down syndrome person will
