Should I cut my hair or let it grow?
I don't know my mum has been telling me to cut it

M19 , hey guys so i want some tips for my hair to look good , i ve been dealing with the mess u see in the first pic for all my life till recently , So i just figured out recently that i was the problem ( i used head and shoulders everyday ) Now i stoped using shampoo for more than a month and i have some questions :
1 what can i do to maintain the wavy look ( last pic ) it lasts just when it s wet once it dries it becomes bad
2 for the curls style , i have 2 problems . The frizziness ( my hair is frizzy even when it s wet pic 2 ) and the fact that not all my hair curls ( pic3 ) as u can see some hairs are wavy especially in the middle of the head
3 last guys gemme some shampoo suggestions or products or anything cuz now i have dandruff and my scalp is oily but my hair is dry
Thanks guys

Hey folks!
I am not really a fan of long beards although I can probably grow them very easily. I get stubble easily and get skin irritation from shaving. Being clean shaven isn’t even an option.
What would your recommendations be?

So it’s my first time growing out facial hair because I worry I look too boyish/ young for my age (21m) and think it’s the reason I’m struggling to get any dates with guys. But I’m torn on whether it’s right for me or not. Pic order is from shaved to grown.
FYI ignore the weird faces I make I’m bad at photos and I look a wee bit dead in the last photo because I just got up (the first photo and last photo were taken the same day just 2 hours a part— the before and after coffee affect is wild).
But yeah… any advice would be super helpful, TIA!

First three pictures show me recently with the facial hair as of most recently. I included three sets of varying states of growth, the second being the newest and the longest it has been. Curious to hear what you think about it. Should I keep growing it, try to keep it shorter or style it differently, or is the clean shaven look a better fit for me? The last three pictures show me throughout the year without any facial hair for contrast.

I would appreciate constructive and helpful feedback instead of comments trying to intentionally mock me. I also want to know what I can do to look better as a South Asian, most specifically as a Bangladeshi guy. Thank you.

Yo, 30 year old here from the UK. I’ve been shaving with a double edged safety razor now for about a year and a half and I hope I’m not exaggerating when I say this but it has been life changing… in the sense that my skin, hygiene, and finances have improved massively.
Before this I always used a multi blade cartridge razor like a Gillette fusion. The shaves were always shit to be honest and the cartridge blades would clog and wear down after one or two shaves, and they would cost me a bomb (£25+ for a pack of four!). The only other option I knew of was a cutthroat/straight razor, I hadn’t even heard of a safety razor before. I discovered them being advertised online and decided to buy one, along with a shaving brush and lathering bowl and some Nivea shaving cream, not the canned foam or gel but the proper cream in a tube. I bought a pack of 100 Astra blades for less than £10!
The shaves have been brilliant. There is a little bit of technique like pulling and stretching your skin to keep the surface flat (a safety razor doesn’t swivel or pivot like a multi blade razor). The hair just falls off the skin you don’t even feel it. My skin afterwards is smooth and clean, no irritation or rash nothing like that. And best of all, I’ve saved a fortune. The blades are absolutely dirt cheap you wouldn’t believe it and they’re a million times sharper and better quality than the Gillette Mac 3s or 5s.
If you’re like me and prefer to be clean shaven and don’t like beards I highly recommend taking up this way of shaving. Anyway, just thought I’d share this as I’m still quite shocked how few people actually know about this. Almost every man in my family and friend group had never even heard of safety razors.
One more thing: once you start you will dive into the rabbit hole of spending a fuck tonne of money on this hobby… you don’t have to! I exclusively use Nivea for my creams and balms which is affordable and I have owned two safety razors since I started this hobby and that’s all I need. Unless you’ve got money to burn, just keep it simple.

Aii so boom. I naturally have a full beard but i recently shaved my beard off for the 2nd time ever because i really like the look. Only problem is idk how to keep the bumps away. My skin was great the day after i shaved off my beard(last photo) but then like 3-4 days after that i start to get tiny white bumps that eventually turn into red bumps like the first 3 photos. The way i shave is i use an andis trimmer then get rid of the tiny hairs with a foil shaver. After i shave, i wash my face cerave moisturizing facial cleanser then apply ponds moisturizing cream (later found out that the fragrance in it really makes the itchiness worse). What am i doing wrong? Please someone help, i got 3 weeks to get rid of this. PS i will most likely post this until i get some serious solid advice.

Trying a different look. LTR ended recently and I have somewhat of an presentation crisis.
Usually, I am clean-shaven but that makes me look like way younger than I would prefer.
Thoughts?

I(24M) like how it looks when it’s down with a hat on but it’s getting bad now. I probably would keep it shaved full bald anyways I’d probably buzz it and I like wearing hats if that helps.

I sometimes let my beard grow a little. Don’t really know if it affects my appearance as whole for good or bad.
(Also please no one ever commented on my looks so I’m really curious about how others see me)
I’m also starting to break out of my shell this year so if you guys want to leave any other comments about literally anything I could change for the better I’d appreciate!!!!

I never thought I could grow a beard, but a year later I am very happy with my results. It would have been longer but this is most recent pic with a cleanup trim and applying beard wax for shine.

Anyone know if Henson razors have historically run sales over the holidays? Looking to buy two soon, but wish to hold off if there’s an anticipated sale. Thank you in advance!
