Well, I don't read much manhwa, but I've noticed that they're usually still thin in certain parts of their bodies, like waists so small compared to the rest of their bodies that it makes them look like they were born with abnormally small ribs, while the parts considered more attractive to have flesh (breasts and buttocks) are full.

Idk about Japan. But the younger generation in Korea have switched to fit as the beauty standard in both male and females due to shows like Physical 100.

Surprisingly there's someone achieve that kind of body, and it's natural aswell.
I know it sounds bullshit but it ain't.
Edit : probably only a few got it natural (some got it by exercise), some might got surgery for few adjustments after they did strict diet and exercise. But I'm sure a lot just go straight to surgery with no exercise and changed of diet.

I see this body type and its variations every week, I live in Gold Coast Australia, my morning commute is through the primary tourist hub along the beach, I’ve certainly been surprised what woman can obtain via fitness, genetics and cosmetics.

I don't know how I feel about these young characters with strange body proportions... Does she also act like a minor, or is it a case of "minor on paper, almost omnipotent in practice"? Well, whatever, maybe it's just a similar situation to the 1000 year old lolis, just reversed.

I'd say she does. She's a bully and relies on her strong brother's status to keep herself out of harms way. It's hard to convey being a minor at that age like it is with young children, but she was kinda immature imo.
Also let me be clear. I don't exactly know what I'm talking about. I read like 40 chaps a long while ago. I'm not spreading misinfo intentionally, but I may be incorrect about some things.

I was an athlete and had to compete in multiple schools. Minus the last panel where the waist to hips is massively exaggerated, there were a minimum of 1-2 girls with big busts and an hourglass figure in each school that has more than 1000 students, watching the games. Even more when it's a prestigious school where students are rich and can invest in their bodies.

"young character" she's in highschool, not like a 12 yo child. She may have some proportions, but it's not like 16/17yo girls have no forms. Maybe in US you don't really see the difference between a 12yo rolling ball and a 25 rolling ball, but in every other country, people tend to evolve from slim to slim with curves. And men gets things happening too. That's called puberty btw, generally start around 12 to 14 and end around 20 to 25 (heavyly dependant on the person, the environment, their health situation, their gender, etc.).
And this isn't a pornwha, so she's not having sex or whatever, she's just a high schooler with thighs and boobs, get over it.
Although there isn't much difference between her and a 20yo pornwha character, but you could say the same about a lot of irl girls to be fair, some appear younger than the average, and some older than the average.
All this fuzz over a drawing really is insanity, get help please.

There’s two sides of the coin. There’s the side where people argue that the small child is actually a millenia old dragon, and thus legal. And the other is the side where a character looks like a mid-twenties pornstar with breast enlargement surgery, and she’s 15. I… think the first side is still worse, but damn if it’s concerning that some artists visualize young teens like that.

Hot take, if an anime/manhwa character looks clearly 18+, you can consider them attractive and not be a pedo even if they're underage.
If a character looks like a child and is actually 100000 years old, you CANNOT consider them attractive and if you do, you are a pedo.

Other commenters have already replied that it's Baek Susy (or Suzy or Susie) from Designated Bully, but Viral Hit and QUESTISM are from the same studio and take place in the same universe, right? Could Designated Bully also have been made by these people? I haven't started reading it yet 🤔

No I think 💭 even though they all share the same studio, but there would be different teams behind it's creation ,
I haven't read Viral hit or anything else but it's art is a little bit of the same for example you could take MANAGER KIM and LOOKSIM which has completely different art from each other that Even when they crossover other characters they look completely different from their original one

Name of the manhwa is Bully In Charge. Name of the girl is Baek Suzi, chief bithc in school and younger sister of th "Fist Emperor" of the delinquents
Plot:
A mysterious shady organisation hired a 20 year old superhuman prodigy at hand to hand combat to pretend to be a a first year high shooler in order to beat up some surprisingly roided up and battle hungry delinquents. There is some conspiracy to create the ultimate fighting machine in the background .
No porwha content despite the way the girls and guys were drawn . Also surprisingly hilarious.
