That would be an extremely interesting fight in terms of abilities interacting with each other. I feel like it would be the most logical option for professor X to somehow control the Void and use him against Doom or his henchmen

I think they're building Doom up to have a lot of unresolved trauma, either regarding a dead wife and child, or (if we're being more comic accurate) the death of his Mother. Honestly, that's something the Void would exploit and use against him pretty well.

Absolutely. We might actually see a version of the sentry vs knull fight, how Doom kills sentry and absorbs the void and gets even stronger. 

If Doom has to become God emperor Doom, then he will only get stronger by taking the powers of others.

Doom uses Hulk to fight Sentry. But its Maestro Hulk version. Like at the end of BND when Banner got pulled in by doom he scraggly beard all point to Doom using him like he did in secret wars.

I can already see Doom's armored gauntlet clashing against The Void's reality-warping tendrils and it gives me chills just imagining how they'd animate that chemistry.
