I’m confused by what you’re confused by….
Since iPhones come preinstalled with the necessary applications, unlike standard PCs, users don’t and therefore (in most cases) won’t learn how to use files of any kind.

iphone user here too. it's astonishing how many people have no clue where they saved their files. OP probably refers to these people that press save on a PDF and can't find it.

it's in the files app exactly where it should be but somehow still people don't find it..
