Discussion New Marriage Laws

Recently, There are so many biased laws against men so here are unbiased versions of marriage laws according to me. Let's discuss and tell me what you think.

*All the marriages should be legally registered otherwise it won't count as married

*Prenup should be legally valid

* Whoever cheats in marriage leaves with nothing and no extra procedure

* Only properties under tenure of marriage can be considered marital assets

* Before marriage properties will not be counted as marital assets

* No alimony if he/she isn't from backward background

*If both parties want mutual divorce then only marital assets will be distributed equally from both parties (not single side)

*If any one of them fully pays for a car or any property can be claimed back after divorce if the party has all the transaction records

*If any party wants to divorce because of infidelity in marriage then can ask for forced divorce

*After Divorce there should be no alimony or financial support

*Whoever gets custody of kids should support their kids themselves as taking custody as a decision so bear the consequences (if they cannot support financially then don't take custody)

*If it is not your biological child during marriage then no need to pay for it. It would be counted as cheating and be ready to leave with nothing (being married is a moral responsibility too so bear it)

*There should be marriage or divorce certificates or status linked to your Goverment ID which not only help to be aware and also it will avoid most of the cases (if someone approaches with alterear motives should be ready for consequences)

*There are so many people try to extort money by using laws so these laws will make it easier to live outside money and being married is a comes with responsibility

*Custody should not be exclusive to mother

* Cheating is a choice so there should be consequences, not rewards like Indian laws.

Marriage is also a moral responsibility so cheating should be taken as shame and choices have consequences

It is what I think. What about you guys?

Trying to DEBUNK all these 36 arguments that tries to show systematic misandry does not exist.

Thumbnail gallery

Debunking all these-

1.While there is no present day instance of an all female-regime, there have been instances in history where something like this seemed to have happened. The ancient semi-mythical Amazonian women narrated by Greek Historian Herodotus seemed to have abducted men and forced them into sexual slavery. In Nazi-Germany, certain concentration camps worked like mini -matriarchies where Nazi female prison gaurds like Irma Grese graped both men and women and abused there power. (Google AI gives slight misinformation about Irma Grese.) I took this info. from the news network - The Wire. In the Kingdom of Dahomey in Africa, Female warriors used to abduct men and boys and send them to slavery.

2.Well in the Epstein Files, many women engaged in trafficking not to mention, there have been reports of male victims.

  1. In Russian Federation, Trans-Men and Gay Men were banned from driving-

https://www.scrippsnews.com/world/russia-bans-drivers-with-sexual-or-gender-disorders

4.While it's true that men don't go outside a female chaperone, in Meghalaya,India. The Khasi tribe men have to live in the house of there mother. So the mother can de-facto become the head, and the men have to take permission to travel somewhere. India is under the authority of President Draupadi Murmu who is a woman.

  1. Islamic countries dictate men should cover there bodies,as a man you cannot wear short pants in Islamic Republic of Iran in public. These regimes can also have women in power following the ideology.

  2. Well, while no country legally bans boys from education, there are many countries where boys are dropping out at higher rates due to lot of other factors.(By the way Afghanistan is the only country which barred women from education,no other country did that) and the government does not do anything because they require labour making it de-facto legal-

https://www.brookings.edu/articles/girls-education-hotspots-a-look-at-the-data/

7.I think many IVF clinics indirectly do that, thought it is difficult to prove, but there is a possibility-

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forced_fatherhood

  1. There is a possiblity, in Islamic countries like Saudi arabia and Yemen, legal age is governed by customary laws so there is no minimum age laws.

  2. International Olympic Sports barred men from participating in synchronised swimming in various countries. -

https://time.com/7004871/men-synchronized-swimming/

10.There is a possibility, as Lara Stemple one's 2014 research article on male victims of SA published that "made to penetrate" crimes can be as high as Female grape. Governments often are not able to identify what constitutes as Female on Male SA due there bias and hence the skewed statistics show more female victims.

11.Artifacts from the historical Minoan Civilisation show that women in always powerful positions while men in subordinate positions.

12.Yes , New Zealand has all top CEOs as women earning more than there male counterparts-

https://www.cnbc.com/make-it/2024/03/12/women-ceos-in-new-zealand-enjoy-twice-the-pay-of-their-male-counterparts.html

13.Yes, Men are expected to leave there studies to help there familes in various cicumstances I thought this was basic knowledge, but men are often considered to take care of the children in various countries, though I expectations can vary from person to person.

  1. Well young teenage boys of the Masaai tribe in Kenya go through the compulsory Manyatta tradition where they have to remain totally celibate and live away from there parents and live harsh lives until they transition into full adult men.

15.Yes , Unmarried fathers were not sent to mental asylums, they were sent to PRISONS in Britain, for not being able to pay child support-

https://www.cam.ac.uk/stories/unmarried-mothers

16.Majority of murders of men are commited by men not because they hate men but because of financial reasons while women can financially depend on husbands. Majority of false accussations on men are done by women btw -

https://www.prosecutorintegrity.org/pr/survey-over-20-million-have-been-falsely-accused-of-abuse/

  1. Which world religion in it's original form tells women are inferior? as religions often tells both men and women are equal. Religions can have issues but those issues are something both men and women face.

18.Yes there would be countries where men are expected to take permision even from there mothers on what they should do, not everything as to institutionalised.

19.Many women do participate in stoning when it comes to honor killings in South Asia-

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-south-asia-13294863

20.Women in large groups do participate in moral policing in India , link given below-

https://www.arabnews.com/archive/277755

  1. No but large groups of men also don't attack a women without a male guardian, they would simply inform the authorities in Islamic countries where this happens.

  2. Contraception is banned in Afghanistan for men as well as for woman.

23.While not a country, political leadership in matriarchial mosou society in China always was dominated by woman until recently being replaced by men due to the Communist government.

  1. A man can't be allowed passport if a wife throws false accusations against him.

  2. Ofcourse, this happens in my country India, where husbands are deleted by there wives per 32 hours, let alone 1 week-

https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=5333299

26.Yes teenage boys even if the person is 17 years old to be released from juvenile detention have to have a guardian.

27.Judicial bias against men can happen a lot, even if not legally enforced, like in my country India -

https://ijlsi.com/article/view/gender-bias-in-the-indian-criminal-justice-system

  1. In British India, as per the Government of India Act 1919, educated women were given the. right to vote, however men without education and property were denied the right to vote.

29.Yes by doing false accusations, husbands can de-facto lose there jobs anyway, if the wife does not like it.

  1. In Turkey, if a man does not do mandatory military service, he is legally barred from any kind of employment.

  2. In Iran this happens due to gender-segregation, similarly it can be vice-versa where men in certain sports facilities are not allowed to interact or watch woman.

  3. In Vatican City, non - Swiss Catholic men are not allowed to join the Swiss Gaurd.

33.Though not 15 %, the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak in India, the percentage of men has gone down to 30% only -

https://bschoolbuzz.in/blogs/rti-iim-rohtak

34.Yes, Afghanistan prohibits men from wearing "Western Dresses" and men can go under corporal punishment. -

https://www.adomonline.com/taliban-fighters-are-flogging-people-in-the-streets-for-wearing-jeans/

  1. In North Korea, unapproved mobile access can land you in jail.

36.Alan Turing was chemically castrated in Britain to cure his homosexuality.

Feminists creates all kinds of arguments thinking all these don't exist in real life, this shows Feminists live in there own world.

Dude, slamming the entire male community after every rape incident is like slamming Muslims after every terrorist attack.

I mean, raising your voice and protesting against rapists is absolutely essential. But how is it okay to direct that anger at every man?

Most men are an important part of your life. They could be your employer, your teacher, your father, your brother, your friend, or someone protecting the country at the border.

Condemn rapists. Raise your voice against sexual violence. Demand justice.

But painting an entire gender as guilty because of the actions of individuals isn't justiceтАФitтАЩs collective blame, and it disrespects the very men whose efforts and sacrifices you may depend on every day.

Men mental health тЭдя╕ПтАНЁЯй╣ Have you ever faced abuse (physical, psychological, sexual, or legal) from your wife or female live-in partner?

I have been working on research on male victimisation by an intimate partner (cohabiting) and how this affects their mental health. There is a scarcity of studies on the victimisation of Indian men despite plenty of news surrounding their abuse.

Please consider participating if you:

  1. are a male,
  2. are an Indian citizen,
  3. are 18 years old or above, and
  4. have cohabited (married/live-in) with a female partner for at least a month at some point in your life.

I want Advice related to My Father Affair

My 59 year old father, who is due to retire next year, is having an affair. Shockingly, he openly tells people about it. He has become entangled with some very shady individuals who are intentionally fueling an alcohol addiction in him. We suspect this is a 'honey trap' operation, as the wives of these men are the ones involved with him.

тАЛThis manipulation has been going on for four or five years, but our family was completely unaware until a few months ago. We finally discovered the truth after listening to some of his call recordings Now my father is entirely brainwashed He fiercely defends these people, regardless of what they do To make matters worse he is the sole breadwinner for our family We are terrified for our financial future and don't know what to do Please help.

I don't understand.. Every time I criticise feminism everybody Will give me the definition it is equality for all but...

then why no support for this legal extortion..

So sections like dowry harassment and And other section matrimonial protection, Are non cognizable on paper In theory they cannot be settled for money because it is about justice not about Extorting money or maintenance For that there is a different section altogether.

But in cities Conviction rate Hover from less than 1% to 5% in such sections.

In that nature of dispute.

But when husband Do settlement Court will use their powers to coach the FIR So isnt it Not Justice for a lot of women and more about money And they're not minority by any stretch of imagination if you go by the numbers.

Not only that Not only court allow this To happen on day to day basis Which is not only against justice but a legal extortion. I don't see any feminist organisation speak Against this kind of practise.

Not only that this actually shows there is a price For the alleged Domestic violence and dowry harassment etc If they're willing to settle this kind of matter for a money and don't want justice and for them Justice has a price ..

Not to mention Section like BNS 69. Even though let's suppose the intent is good it Use in retaliation. Even if they want to make it like . There should be a proper legal threshold Because in villages And even towns A guy and a girl who are adult In love Let's suppose ran away Its always the case that The girl will later say something like it was force. Mistake ,Behala Peshlakai Le Are not people accountable for their own action? Why always a guy .in that same line may be in love And infatuation a guy make a promise which he cannot keep How only benefit of doubt given to 1 gender.

So that is why there should be a proper threshold Not only the promise should be broken but it should be falls from the inception . Or maybe a person can do a digital esign through aadhaar or something like that As a proper prof.. otherwise This kind of cases become he said she said And this is the reality Society will always support women in this kind of cases even Whatever she's saying is not true unless there is really concrete evidence against it.

This is not against Women , But against a legal and justice system Which target Only one gender in some of the cases How that is practice Goes against equality and the idea of justice And anybody who believe in feminism should Support and also raise wise against unjust just a system

Men who ask for and get dowry dont let their wives open their mouths.

men who dont ask for dowry and respect the freedom of their wives are the ones whose wives extort them, file false cases of harassment and ask for exorbitant amounts of money as alimony.

in either case the oppressor wins.
posts like these only turn up the victims against each other instead asking for sensible enforcement of laws in cases where it is actually required and avoid misuse in other case.

Societal issues IN MARDON KA KYA BHAROSA

Being a girl I want to say something -

This line "inn mardo ka kya bharosa"

And trusting " MARD" on the Border .

Relying on "MARD " for protection.

Expecting from "MARD" to give his seat to those elite girls who can't even stand in buses for 15 minutes.

Where are your Equal rights then??

Men and Women are definitely not similar , not even God made us . But they definitely are equal .

Which doesn't mean Women are superior than men and vice-versa.

The protest should be for the right MOTIVE . The Culprit who done this act is definitely wrong and should be punished but that doesn't give you a right to deface other men.

Men can be right or wrong, victim or culprit, so are the women.

Its very easy to put all the Men in same category- your father ,your brother, your husband, your son and other male members of your family. So basically you are saying THE CULPRIT and Men in your family are SAME??

Life runs on a balance ,Without Men and Women there is no human .

So the world without 'MARD' that some wokes are talking about ,I want to ask a very simple question??

Without MARD , will you be going to land on earth through Parachute or bungee jumping??

Because SCIENCE still didn't invented a technology to produce Sperm.

Men victim news ЁЯУ░ A gang of 4 women in Kanjhawala,North-West Delhi attacks a male shopkeeper, other than some local news sources, why no mainstream news channels is covering this issue regarding men's safety in our country?

Thumbnail gallery
16 Upvotes

Honestly, speaking I did not find any mainstream news channel covering this news, had to rely on local news sources, while the nation today is talking about women's safety, local incidents like this on men keep on happening, the issue is not that women have engaged in robbery or assault, the issue is that women are a protected class in our country and thus can get away with such crimes as seen above. Also, I don't understand why Delhi police always tries to protect female criminals, everytime I hear about a woman commiting some crime be it pickpoketing, robbery or false cases, there always seems to be some hand of Delhi police behind it,I am not generalising all people working for Delhi police but after talking with the locals of Delhi and looking at the news items,I am seeing a pattern here.

I am not accusing the entire Delhi police, don't come here charging me with a defamation case, I know the laws of this country very well, I'll counter-charge you.

Sources-Arpan News,Punjab Kesari and For.men.India .

Why do so many men joke about male sexual assault, while also saying nobody cares about men's issues?

(apparently this got deleted in askindianmen oof)

With everything happening around the rape case and the protests in Delhi, I've been seeing a lot of comments from men along the lines of, "Why should we fight for you? Do you fight for us?" or "Women never care about men's issues."

And honestly, it just makes me feel like this gender war is never going to end.

I absolutely agree that men face serious issues. Sexual assault against men is real. False allegations can cause real harm. Men can be victims of domestic violence, abuse, discrimination, and unfair treatment in family and matrimonial matters. These things deserve to be taken seriously.

But then I see the same people who say that nobody takes male victims seriously making jokes about male sexual assault.

I've literally seen men joke about teenage boys being sexually assaulted and say things like, "He's living our dream life." I've seen memes about male victims being treated as if it's inherently funny or something a man should be happy about.

I have never seen a female make such comments but thats just what I have experienced

How are you going to demand that people take male sexual assault seriously while laughing at male victims yourself?

And this is where I think a lot of the men's rights discussion on Reddit becomes completely counterproductive.

You cannot equate rape with alimony. You cannot respond to a woman talking about sexual violence by immediately bringing up a completely different issue and saying, "But what about men's problems?" Rape isn't cancelled out by alimony and men's problems aren't cancelled out by women's problems.

And yes, I do think there is a difference in how resentment develops.

A woman who experiences sexual harassment repeatedly throughout her life can understandably develop anger and resentment toward men. That doesn't make hatred of every individual man justified, but I can understand where that resentment comes from.

At the same time, I've seen men develop an intense hatred of women without personally experiencing anything comparable, often through things like red-pill content, social media algorithms, or constantly consuming stories about women who supposedly represent "all women."

And I want to be clear that I'm not saying women are incapable of misandry or that every woman supports men. There are absolutely performative feminists, misandrists and women who dismiss male victims. Those people should be called out too.

But I also think men need to be willing to call out such people rather than joking about male SA.

If you genuinely care about men's rights, then take male sexual assault seriously. Don't make jokes about it. Don't tell male victims that they're lucky. Don't treat male abuse as something embarrassing or funny.

And if you're genuinely asking women to care about men's issues, then care about women's issues too. Don't enter a discussion about rape and immediately turn it into a competition about alimony.

Men should fight for men. Women should fight for women. And both should be willing to fight for each other.

Please don't turn this into a battle and if I'm wrong about anything, you can call me out for that. I will take that into my perspective too

Such protests are mostly organised by feminists or social activists or groups.... But just like their so called neutral definition... feminists' says, they are protesting only for the victim, and other satefy but Somehow further it will become women centric or ant-men under the disguise of patariachy....You will be stuck among them if you questioned them , then you suddenly will become a misgonist, or pot. rpits

You can pick any recent feminists' protest. And in India, it is common for any protest to be transformed into a battle of political and ideological narratives.

eg.

In the 2013 famous delhi case, People have supported extensively Victims, reforms but feminists' use this outrage to pressure the government to make biased or women favoured laws. Even though the government wanted to make gender neutral laws.

did it stop the rpe crime or reduce it ? No, but it makes the life hell of innocent men now. Because major issues weren't the absence of women favoured laws ,but the absence of strict implementation of laws and order.

You will rarely see protests for men's issues or VICTIMS. because there is strong resentment and anti-men narrative against men and their. They think that women's issues are social or everyone's problems, while men's issues are men's problems.

women face the problems in society= change the society

Men face the problem in society= men have to change

And main issue isn't participation of ideologists, but main issues is Ideological propaganda,.... Turning a public movement into Ideological movement,.....and using public outrage for Ideological gain.

So before participating in such a protest think twice, There are multiple ways where you can support genuine victims without support any ideology narrative as men
