Any love for Since the Day?
This whole album rips. I remember it feeling more "black metal" back in the day - I think b/c of the verse vocals. Listening back, its clearly 2000s metalcore, but still a unique flavor: mature compositions and musicianship. Looking online there's almost zero mention of them (no youtube).
(Sorry if this violates post rules, I dont know how else to share them.)

Day 22 of posting KOG’s entire discography, in chronological order, to celebrate the upcoming 2026 album, Usurper.
My favorite Kingdom Of Giants song.
This one right here.
Dana put every fucking thing into these lyrics.
“I’m supposed to be an artist , to inspire when I’m nothing but a ghost. “
Such a deep dig.
The evident MJ Returns reference is peak.

Live Performance The Chariot - Live in Plan B, Moscow 05.04.2012- this is the most chaotic, intense, unadulterated madness of a show I've ever seen by the chariot or maybe any band. It's so gritty and beautiful.

Discussion Sam Carter (Architects) Opens up About Mental Health Struggles

His recent Instagram post on his page talks about how much his mental health has suffered over the last few months (likely due to people attacking him online over live performance vocals)
He revealed the self doubt that had begun to set in, the performance anxiety he's developed.
A very important reminder that our favorite artists are humans too and don't deserve the vitriol and hate they receive.
Love Sam/Architects, Devastated to read how much the dickheads hurt him.
Edit: People who are coming here to pile on the Sam hate, read the room, there's enough hate in the world already. Be Kinder. Be Better.
