I just wanted a hot dog Mom bought 150 lemons.

She randomly comes back with a butt load of food items once in a while

Any lemon recipe suggestions

\she’s 44, for people asking her age\.

Im honestly surprised this comment is so low, and more people arent asking why as well. I really want to know what the reason is behind so many lemons

Yeah, all these recipes with no questioning are annoying me.

Maybe they are like op's mom? Or wish they acted on their desire to get a bunch of lemons?

Why would a lemon steal whores?

Maybe she chose 150 grams shopping online without realizing this one is not sold by grams

Mental illness? My mother does stuff like this although thankfully not this extreme.

She plans on making a big batch of something.

But OP juices them all into lemonade instead.

Or they messed up the online order?

Or they're planning on making lemonade for a get together.

You know you can come back from picking up an online order? Not all orders are delivered.  I order my groceries and pick them up.

People can also make mistakes more than once.

Did OP ask her? He didn't mention that he asked.

There a lre shitloads of random reddit posts because people can't just talk to the people in their household.

Reddit would be nothing but AI posts if people just communicated with others, rather than posting to ask strangers.

Hopefully she got a good deal for them

She may have purchased them locally. At least where I'm from a lot of people with lemon trees cant even give them away fast enough for how many they have. 150 lemons here would be like 5 bucks. My mom STILL brings home this many lemons in the summer, like several times a season. Because her friend has ONE lemon tree. Luckily I love lemon with my whole being so I'm not mildly infuriated in the least

Yeah this hahaha. But this is why i love reddit. What happened before that this is the situation right now. But i think she bought a crate for very cheap of a farmer or vegetable man who needed to get rid of them

You know someone on Facebook posted “hey, I’m away from my home, does anyone want to get the lemons off my tree?” And here you are…I have a friend who randomly sends me huge boxes of citrus from their tree because they don’t know what to do with all of it.
