If they cover up the 0% tip i will just refuse to pay, they don't allow me to pay what i owe

Well, I lifted up the paper and seleced 0%. It's just scummy that they try and force people to select a tip in that manner.

Nah it's not a very Dutch thing to do at all really (also it was at an Indian restaurant ran by Indian people). Would maybe work in Amsterdam as part of a tourist trap, but if you have a lot of Dutch customers they wouldn't appreciate it and likely not come back. Also pretty sure it's not legal to do that over here lol.
