science savvy 🧬 The left side represents the most common false memories from the Mandela Effect—a psychological phenomenon where large groups of people share the same vivid but incorrect recollection.

He has none. This has been extensively researched (by quite obsessive people) and there's zero evidence it ever had a cornucopia, a counterfeit pre-mandela effect has also never been found

28 downvotes by people who can't be bothered to make a single online search.

The cornucopia never existed. It's incredibly frustrating but it's just the truth. There's a whole article by Snopes clearly showing that the only "proof" photos are photoshops and bootlegs.

Lol I don't know why you're getting down voted, you're right. I've never seen any solid evidence that the company is wrong when they say they've never used a cornucopia in any official logos.

You know if you google it every credible source says there was never a cornucopia.

https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/cornucopia-fruit-of-the-loom/

This snopes article references that image specifically as well as others as forgeries.

Yes, but the fact that bootlegs exist makes it more of a misattribution issue than a Mandela effect. The designs do exist somewhere unlike the other examples that never existed.

Yeah my point is just that the company has never used a logo with a cornecopia in it. Though I do think the Mandela effect is pretty much misattribution and misrememberance every time.

That is clipart combined w/ the 2003 logo

That building in Ireland took the image from google images and had it made into a sign

I get that, but the fact that there are physical examples of the image in the world makes it less mandela effect-y than the other examples that simply don’t exist, period. People just ascribe the bootlegs to the brand.

I understand how that would explain it but no one can find a vintage bootleg cornucopia logo either, they're all from after the mandella effect was talked about and appeared on google images where people made mock ups or shady companies took the image

It would have to be a very widespread bootleg and there just aren't any period examples of that either, so that explanation wouldn't work

There might actually be a new phenomena where people go missing after going to snap a picture of their old shirt with the logo
