Cameras are a normal thing in shopping malls. I doubt there was any soap left.

That’s illegal in the US, so this would be thrown out as illegally obtained evidence (I think, not a lawyer).

I don't see it in this cropped clip but there's actually a sign on the wall informing you there's a camera. Same for other public places with cameras.

A sign doesn’t make it legal in bathrooms.
And Fruit of the Poisonous Tree doctrine, is why evidence would be thrown out.

It is legal here. It would probably be illegal without the sign informing you.

Where (curious)?

The video is from Prague's mall, originally posted by the police because they are looking for the man for causing damage to property and then running away.

Ah! I’ve been there – lovely city with all of the castles, trams, food, parks, the river, dancing and cheers. ❤️

I actually don't like the city much 😅 but I'm from a village. Happy you had a nice time!

You're incorrect, lol. The stalls are private. The sinks are public areas and often drug hotspots. Very legit.

It doesn’t matter. Both areas are ruled to have a reasonable expectation of privacy. It is criminal voyeurism to record anywhere in a bathroom.

(Again, “in the US”)
