People on this sub seem to be really interested by animal abuse and not in a good way!

It’s a work animal and it has a better life than most work animals

I'm sure you know it has a good life first hand 🙄

If your position is that all work animals have bad lives, that’s fair. I don’t agree but it’s reasonable. If you think a donkey that gets to sit around and walk 50 feet with tourists on its back has a worse life than work mules or horses or cows, there’s no way.

Someone clearly hasn't given their nephew an piggyback ride recently.

I have children I can assure you I know the impact on the back lol. Unfortunately I am not a donkey

A lot of things are sad and gross. This is not one of them.

Extreme difference between tamed and domesticated.

Domesticed is when animals are changed over generations to provide for humans. Cows, sheep, pigs, dogs, pretty much any animal that breeds fast, breeds a lot, and can be accurately documented over years.

Tamed is when an animal is simply trained not to freak out around humans and then aid in someway. Elephants, cats I guess, and seemingly zebras

Once you ca take the first step you can take the next also. It is about climbing stairs vs. climbing a wall. It is not that they can't be domesticated. It is just that there is no reason when one already has horses. Are wolves friendly? Yet they were domesticated.

Well also cats have been heavily breeded look at abdominations like sphinx cats or Perser cats etc

Cats are a naturally solitary animal so they behave differently. No other domesticated animal is a solitary one.

Correct. Cats domesticated us.
