There is even an inofficial celebration day, “Mettwoch”, on which everyone brings Mett to the office. To boost motivation for the second half of week lol.
Also my experience from living in half the German states confirms this. Mett is everywhere, whether you like it or not.
And what do statistics have to do with calling us not german for not eating it ? People who don't eat that stuff are everywhere. You can find them in every village or city. They exist whether you like it or not.
