Luxury 1 bed 1 bath apartment transfer in como

[u/alias7890]

Hi, I recently decided to move to another city so I am considering transferring my lease to someone looking for an apartment. It's a luxury 1 bed 1 bath and I don't smoke or have pets so it's clean. My rent is around $1500 to $1600 monthly but if you'd like, I can pay for a portion so that you pay whatever monthly rent that you were looking for. Let me know if you have an offer as to that amount.
