I need help for my friend

My friend is known to have a bad mental health and sent this on his status,, it could just be nothing but i cant translate it myself because i cant read morse code,, can someone please help?

Edit: i know what it saya now and im going to try and help him, thank you so much for helping me

I hope you can be a comfort to your friend. There is a link on the right - https://morsecode.world/international/translator.html - and if you type what you see in to it, it will translate Morse Code for you.
