DISCUSSION MPC store started a sale

They just started a big sale. I got Fabric for $49.

Might go back and get the stereophonic bundle. It's like $25.

$100 for both is pretty reasonable

I have Fabric included with my One G2. Do you think Fabric XL is worth cost to upgrade?

Whatever I got was the package that's normally like $250. Doesn't include the retro ones.

I haven't actually installed it yet.

Worth it? I can't say. It always seemed like it's a good thing to have. There's only so many instruments for the MPC. I wanted some more.

Fabric has less voices and requires less resources to run. XL is the complete version.

What I got includes that. It's the entire collection prior to them releasing those vintage ones a few months ago.

The Fabric included in One G2 is Fabric Select; it's a washed-down version of Fabric XL. Fabric XL is more extensive, with significantly more presets. IMO, the $49 price for Fabric XL is a great deal.

I got the XL with the Live 3 included ... Definitely worth it!

They gave me Jura recently... plus Odyssey and some other things. I actually like Jura a lot.

I got an MPC sample as well.. so I do tunes when I've been travelling around Japan.. the live 3 is too expensive to take with me in my luggage.. so that is safe at home lol

Or you could just mod your device and get free VSTs.....

How do the plugins get delivered? I paid via PayPal using my PayPal email not my inmusic email as it didn't say was important, and just have a invoice receipt, no software serial or any indication what happens next? Their support faq is just a merry go round of akai FAQs... Thanks

Update: thanks all, they created an account with my PayPal address, so I had to reset password to that account I never created then transfer to my L3 account. So now it's showing in my L3 account but can't enter serial on L3 hardware as says still registered to other account zzzzz hopefully 48hrs will fix it...

Look into your inMusic account on the website, the purchase should be registered there. Also check the inMusic Sofware Center. Contact support if it doesn't show up in either of these. Software Center and Activations menu in Preferences (standalone) is how the plugins get delivered btw.

The main think you might like is that stereophonic enhancer

Yeah... I went ahead and got it. I was most interested in Fabric.

I still want the Pro Pack. I don't know if that's on sale. But I'll have to wait til next month anyway.
