Mpc one+ exporting stems issues

Has anyone had issues exporting sessions from their mpc one+ to the sd card and the folder is blank? This has been happening with my sessions transferred from the mpc sample only for some reason…. The session loads on my mpc one+ but it doesn’t export the stems and the folder is empty when I load the sdcard on my computer. Please help! Thank you.

If you have MPC 3 on the computer, Akai documents a way to export MPC Sample projects there: open the .XPJ, then File > Export > Audio Mixdown with Separate Tracks enabled. It won't explain the empty export on your One+, but it gives you another way to get the stems out: https://support.akaipro.com/en/support/solutions/articles/69000880130
