I Have a Question / I need Help Precon missing a card
Hello guys, I just bought the Mothman precon, but I only have 99 cards. Anyone face this issue? Can I get this reimbursed?
Edit: I am counting my commander Mothman

Go through the list card by card, find out which one you're missing, then email wizards product support. They will send you the missing card, or potentially more. I wouldn't expect more, but be surprised and happy if so.

Ive had things like this happen twice now. I contacted wizards and they had me take pictures of the whole deck with my name and date written on paper and they sent me the missing card.

I heard that WotC takes months for replacements. If you know which card is missing, you could buy it as a single if it isn't one of the expensive cards.
You can still contact them though and get your replacement.
