Tourism & Travel Questions Visiting Napoli in early December

Hi everyone!

At the beginning of December, four friends and I (all around 26 years old) are coming to Napoli for 5 days, and we're really looking forward to it!

We're still looking for a good area to book a hotel or Airbnb. We'd love to stay somewhere central, with a nice atmosphere and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

We're also looking for recommendations on what to see and do while we're there. We're interested in sightseeing, exploring the city, discovering local food and, of course, enjoying a few beers! 🍻 Being Belgian, we definitely appreciate a good beer, but we're also happy to discover the local drinking culture.

Are there any nice squares or neighbourhoods where locals hang out, with affordable bars and restaurants? We'd prefer authentic places over tourist traps.

Any tips, hidden gems or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Grazie mille a tutti e non vediamo l'ora di scoprire Napoli!

Thank you for your reply! Are these areas to book a hotel/airbnb or rather to have a drink? Thanks!
