Theory Anarcho-capitalism could be understood as "Rule by natural law through judges" - of judges who impartially and faithfully interpret how natural law should be enforced for specific cases and of voluntarily funded law enforcers which blindly adhere to these judges' verdicts and administer them.
Complete title: Anarcho-capitalism could be understood as "Rule by natural law through judges" - of judges who impartially and faithfully interpret how natural law should be enforced for specific cases and of voluntarily funded law enforcement agencies which blindly adhere to these judges' verdicts and administer these verdicts within the confines of natural law.

Table of content:
- 2 Summaries to give an overview
- Summary of NAP-based decentralized law enforcement
- The Basics of Justice
- Definitions
- Legal systems merely exist to discover (as opposed to decide) who did a criminal act and what the adequate punishment to administer given a specific crime may be. The example of the burglar Joe stealing a TV from Jane.
- An anarcho-capitalist legal system will work as intended if there exist…
- "But why would prosecutors even want to ensure that they adhere to The Law? Why wouldn't they just want to extort the first plausible person and get away with it, or hire some partial judge?": an anarchist territory is predicated, like with any other system, that there exist judges who faithfully interpret The Law as to ensure that the desired legal paradigm is specifically the one to be enforced within the territory
- A precondition for any legal code to be enforced is that actors use power to make sure that this specific legal legal code is enforced
- We know à priori that anarchy can work; State actors frequently violate its own laws, which Statists frequently ignore, in contrast to anarcho-capitalism in which they want to be re-assured it will be respected and enforced 100% of the time
- Natural law has easily comprehensible and objective criterions according to which things are crimes or not. Judges merely have as a profession to rule on specific cases in accordance with natural law. The way we keep the judges in check from ruling without regard to natural law is like how the State’s laws are continuously ruled with regards to.
- “Why not just have a State? This arrangement seems messy… don’t you remember that WW1 was preceded by alliances too?”
- An unambiguous case as an example: TV and being caught on camera and leaving fingerprints. How the judges would rule if the system is working as intended and how they would if not.
- "But what if Joe managed to leave insufficient evidence?"
- The steps Jane should take in order to get justice to be done in an anarchy
- Basically, an anarcho-capitalist legal system is as if the executive branch was non-existent and the legislative branch was fixed to natural law based on the non-aggression principle, i.e. as if only the judicial branch existed and it was set out to only enforce the NAP.
- Having a market in law enforcement does not impede the correct enforcement of justice - it just entails differing, albeit constantly improving qualities of law enforcement

Theory Neofeudalism👑Ⓐ is merely an anarcho-capitalist Ⓐ aesthetic. The "neo" prefix merely refers to amelioration. Neofeudalism is like what neomarxism is to marxism: the concept with enhancements. Feudalism =/= Serfdom, nor was it necessary for it; neofeudalism👑Ⓐ does not want serfdoms of any kind
The "neo" prefix merely refers to an amelioration of a concept. "Neofeudalism👑Ⓐ" is merely an anarcho-capitalist aesthetic.
As seen by the definition of "neo-marxism":
Neo-Marxism is a collection of Marxist schools of thought originating from 20th-century approaches\1])\2])\3]) to amend or extend\4]) Marxism and Marxist theory, typically by incorporating elements from other intellectual traditions such as critical theory, psychoanalysis, or existentialism. Neo-Marxism comes under the broader framework of the New Left. In a sociological sense, neo-Marxism adds Max Weber's broader understanding of social inequality, such as status and power), to Marxist philosophy.
Key phrases: "amend or extend" and "typically by incorporating elements from other intellectual traditions". This is what neofeudalism does with regards to feudalism. The "elements from other intellectual traditions" is more precisely Austro-libertarian anarcho-capitalism and natural law, which thereby makes it into a mere anarcho-capitalist aesthetic. Other influences on neofeudal thought are Dark Enlightenement thought, though one should remark that neofeudalism has disagreements with thought leaders of DE.
See https://www.reddit.com/r/neofeudalism/?f=flair_name%3A%22Meaning%20of%20%27Neo%27%20prefix%3A%20the%20concept%20but%20with%20amelioration%22 for further examples of how the "neo" prefix merely refers to an amelioration of a specific concept. "Neo" does not mean "this concept but existing in the present", rather "this concept but ameliorated into a contemporanous form".
Indeed, remark that proto-neofeudalism existed before actual feudalism
u/Ya_Boi_Konzon elaborates proto-neofeudalism in https://www.reddit.com/r/neofeudalism/comments/1f5rbrq/the_ancient_future_anarchofeudalism/ in which one may remark that it characteristically lacks serfdom (feudalism does not need serfdom).
What neofeudalism takes from feudalism and strives to augment. The redundant serfdom is not one of them.
For an overview of the role of the decentralized nature of feudalism and how people became aristocrats in it, see this article. The bottom also has rebuttals regarding the reductive view of feudalism as a mere economic system, which would make the word "feudalism" extremely vacuous.
The aspects of feudalism which the anarcho-capitalist wants to take away is:
- The feudal order's hierarchical order of people with different ranks accorded in accordance to excellence and which are held hereditarily who all nonetheless adhere to the same underlying law - natural law. In other words, a rehabilitation of aristocratic thought, but based on a natural law-basis. The intention is to make people realize that e.g. kingdoms are best thought of as associations led by a king.
- To remark is that the neofeudalism does not argue that all people HAVE to have non-monarchical royals. The Holy Roman Empire was a patchwork of many different entities - among which communes and Republics. The Republic of Cospaia was neofeudal but without a royal head of state, but not less of a neofeudal realm than so. Neofeudalism merely underlines the existance of anarchist kings as a way to really clarify the nature of anarchy, even if we of course tolerate other forms of association too.
- Its decentralized network of security distribution - a security distribution network which isn't one distributed along continuous political boundaries as in modern nation States, but entirely on the basis of selective allegiance without regards to territorial continuity - i.e. entirely with regards to which people want security from the security provider in question. The network of security providers in feudalism was one which was founded upon personal allegiances without regard to territorial continuity. In feudalism, a vassal could for example swear allegiance to multiple lords at the same time. This contrasts starkly with the post-feudal systems in which "allegiances" were firmly made on a territorially continous basis. Contrast the military structure of a modern nation State to the military networks of the Holy Roman Empire: the latter existed without regard to territorial continuity among the security providers. This disregard for territorial continuity and only allegiance to specific individuals is something that will also be present in anarcho-capitalism. In a similar to in feudalism, these security providers providing security on an individual basis will also find themselves in networks with regards to each other in such a way that they mutually self-correct each other from violating the law of the land (which in the case of anarcho-capitalism will be the NAP-based natural law), as was the case under feudalism, and which in many cases will entail things resembling that of fealty's conditional obedience.

- Feudalism's cultural aspects. Anarcho-capitalism is frequently interpreted as being a rootless idea without any precedent which is about worshiping material possession over all. The intention with the neofeudal aesthetic is to convey the fact that anarcho-capitalism is in fact intimately tied with the sublime experience of social life and of belonging. The intention is to make people realize that a anarcho-capitalist natural law jurisdiction will be one with as much variety and cultural depth as the Holy Roman Empire had.
- Make it known that anarcho-capitalism can entail protracted peoples' wars like Florian Geyer's campaigns. See the following quotes regarding the principaled stance that anarcho-capitalism has with regards to property acquisition: it is not a mere blind apologia for the wealthy. The feudal order occasionally saw peasnts' rebellions to correct the feudal system. Such uprisings to correct the system is something that anarcho-capitalists must recognize can be a feature. An anarcho-capitalist natural law jurisdiction will be one where a king may call his kingdom (the association of people who adhere to him) to arms in order to wage a protracted peoples' struggle as to ensure that natural law will be enforced.
Feudalism =/= Serfdom. Serfdom was not necessary for feudalism.
See the bottom of https://www.reddit.com/r/neofeudalism/comments/1f3dfh0/my_favorite_quotes_from_the_video_everything_you/ for an elaboration of this regard.
Neofeudalism👑Ⓐ does not want serfdom
Being an anarcho-capitalist doctrine, it prohibits aggressively imposed serfdom-arrangements.

The Requisite Variety of Power For Neoliberal Feudalism
This essay revisits the structure of modern elite power through the lens of cybernetics. Beginning with the role of financial standards and institutional architecture, it examines how control over the categories through which a system measures reality can produce influence without direct command. But the attempt to approach comprehensive regulation contains a paradox of its own: a system that seeks to model and control an increasingly complex reality may also generate forms of unpredictability that exceed its models. The essay therefore moves from the architecture of contemporary power toward the limits imposed upon any attempt at total regulation.

Neofeudal👑Ⓐ agitation🗣📣 - Statist confusion about Justice ⚖ Why is anarcho-capitalism such a politically incorrect ideology all across the political spectrum?
r/neofeudalism • u/online_fuki • 7d ago
Neofeudal👑Ⓐ agitation 🗣📣 Governance by a nobility is one of the virtues of and not downsides of neofeudalism.
"Nature, through the variety of means and mutual needs, forms various social relations between men. In each of these relations, by necessity she gives rule to the strongest, dependence or servitude to the weak, that is to say, those most in need. The use of this lordship, this superior power, has a natural law of justice and charity as its rule, the very same law imposed upon all men. Finally, nature furnishes ample means of safeguarding against the violation of this law, against the abuse of force, but without ever making it absolutely impossible. This is what we have demonstrated in the preceding chapters, and in general has yet to be falsified."
"Her sweet and benevolent force created the reciprocal love of one sex for the other, and through the conjugal bond, the birth of children, etc., social relations of headship for the one and dependence for the other. In the first and greatest of powers (paternal power), she engraved sentiments of love the most deeply; she surrounds the most helpless of the weak, the newborn infant, with a protective and benevolent power. She has furthermore imparted, even to grown men, forces and capabilities diversified to infinity, in order that they help each other out with everything and mutually make their lives pleasant. This inequality produces, by turns, differences in acquired means, wealth and property, all the fruit of innate talents. However, nobody here on Earth can do without others. Even those in full manhood can’t survive on their own."

Discussion Neo-Feudalism and Religion
I do remember the original neofeudalism subreddit back when Derpballz' account was still intact, and despite being a fierce defender of feudalism, I don't quite remember him being a particularly religious person. Personally I find this incoherent because many of the benefits of the Middle Ages were direct products of it being intertwined with the Catholic corporate social order reigning at the time. I am an adherent to the Doctrine of the Two Swords; the Church holds jurisdiction over all souls, but the monarchy handles temporal affairs, while the Church handles spiritual guidance and is the centre of civil society and morality in general. Even here, 'temporal authority' actually rules on behalf of the Social Kingship of Christ. Indeed, even kings rule on God's behalf. Ruling on his behalf, they have a direct obligation towards God to rule with piety and wisely. A good king, before he governs others, first governs himself. For a great example, here's an actual medieval source on this viewpoint:
As soon as a Christian ruler has received the royal scepter and the govern ment of the kingdom, it is fitting that he first return acts of thanksgiving and suitable honors to God and to the holy church. In fact, from the very beginning the state is most gloriously consecrated when royal solicitude and sacred devotion are aroused with both holy fear and love of the heavenly King and when care is taken for the glorious benefit of the church by prudent counsel, so that he whom royal purple and other symbols of royal authority adorn externally will also be adorned internally by praiseworthy vows to God and to his holy church. For indeed, a king is notably raised to the summit of temporal rule when he devotes himself with pious zeal to the almighty King’s glory and honor. And so, let the pious ruler fervently strive to obey the will and holy commands of the supreme master of all things by whose divine will and ordination he does not doubt himself to have risen to the summit of authority. For, what are the rulers of the Christian people unless ministers of the Almighty? Moreover, he is a faithful and proper servant who has done with sincere devotion what* ever his lord and master has commanded to him. Accordingly, the most upright and glorious princes rejoice more that they are appointed to be ministers and servants of the most High than lords or kings of men.
Even the modern Catholic faith is a fierce defender of conservative and anti-interventionist principles such as subsidarity, communitarianism, and charity. Not as fierce as it should be by ancap standards, but certainly radical even compared to modern liberals. A private law society, atleast in the West, should be based on Catholicism and principles of Catholic social order.
There is actually a direct correlate between political theology and actual practice of the state. The old antique kings believed they were literal Gods on Earth and although they were gladly cosmologically limited they believed that they therefore had a divine right to rule over all without compromise. After the reformation a similar doctrine was revived with kings also actively working against Catholics. Just as social contract ideology can not co exist with a private property order for long neither can this strange pagan royalolatry. It's intrinsically socialist (literally, look at da fuckin Incas communism and Egyptian socialism), anti-feudal and anti-Christian. In a international neofeudal order, many religions dearest to the heart of entire nations will have to co-exist within healthy boundaries and separation, but some religions are almost certainly more welcome to a private property order than others. We should return to the art of Christian kingship in the construction of the new order. Without a proper grounding in the Faith and Natural Law, anything can collapse.
That is just my opinion though. I am sort of curious on other people's thoughts on what a neo-feudal society's religion would look at. I have seen satanic neo-feudalists because but I would argue the faiths are incompatible. I've seen pagan neo-feudalists who seem to have an anti-civilization bent, which actually makes sense if you remember the elective monarchist traditions of many European nations before the rise of Romanism.
