This move is called "Balls Face Twisted reversed"

u/Procyon4 5d ago

KENNY, SPIN BLOSSOM NUT SQUASH

5

u/Cookieman10101 5d ago

Three pace hum: barrel nut squash!

3

u/ElegantCoach4066 4d ago

Face Down! Ass Up! Just like we practiced!

25

u/tswpoker1 5d ago

Alternatively known as the "Flying Squirrel"

3

u/Subject-Career 4d ago

Pretty sure this is the actual name of the move if I remember correctly

2

u/tswpoker1 4d ago

It is, I believe originally from Russia. It's called a flying squirrel and it's awesome.

So what happens if instead of you letting him get his balance behind you. You fall on your backwards on your ass with him behind you possibly taking him head down into the floor.

91

u/MysteriousWon 5d ago

it ends... naturally.

u/AusToddles 5d ago

u/TSAOutreachTeam 5d ago

It's quite unbelievable that anyone taking a real piledriver, tombstone, deadeye, or any variation on "spike a dude headfirst into the mat" would be able to kick out. They wouldn't be able to do much of anything given their broken neck.

18

u/PheIix 5d ago

Eh, a little broken neck never hurt nobody. You really think wrestling would just make that shit up?

17

u/pickyourteethup 4d ago

They pre break they necks just a little bit everyday and eventually over time they build up an immunity

4

u/PheIix 4d ago

Maybe I'm just too tired, but this made me really laugh out loud. Great comment.

2

u/Leows 4d ago

Eh, a little broken neck never hurt nobody.

That's because they can no longer feel pain

6

u/MoonSentinel95 4d ago

<insert Kurt angle winning olympic gold with a broken frickin neck>

3

u/MexiKing9 4d ago

Reminds me of the basket baller who slammed the top of his head into a padded post... jfc, wish i was jumpin into a pool having that outcome... gotta be so much regret doing that from a tantrum omfg.

4

u/rodinsbusiness 4d ago

Are there any stats about american kids (or adults btw) getting seriously hurt trying to copy wrestling moves?

4

u/WoolyHermits 4d ago

60% of the time, it works every time.

18

u/Faloma103 5d ago

Not an expert but uncontrolled drops/slams are illegal moves in folkstyle (think US hs and college) but rewarded in freestyle or greco-roman. Im pretty sure this isnt folkstyle. Pretty sure he'd have won if he did it.

Take this with a grain of salt only ever wrestled folkstyle and it was 30 years ago.

5

u/minai_ruo 4d ago edited 4d ago

Know nothing about this sports, but as I remember someone else explanation: red guy was losing and decided to make a risky gamble in the last round, blue guy caught of guard probably because he almost won

2

u/Zone36 5d ago

I would like to know this too.

2

u/10ThousandMetalZones 4d ago

Exactly, I’m always ready for this move. Try it suckers

1

u/Opolius 4d ago

He would have still gotten rolled and given up points.

-3

u/v-pexpower 5d ago

All I hear is gay stuff happening

96

u/endsneverwhenever 5d ago

They should do this exact same sport but oiled up

54

u/Molkwi 5d ago

And naked

-29

u/RUSuper 5d ago

And only played by women...

17

u/PresentAstronomer137 4d ago

it kills the whole purpose

11

u/baldbadmonk 4d ago

Cant speak for the naked women part but the Turkish have a national sport of big burly men oiling up and trying to pin each other in nothing but traditional tight pants. Its like a gayer sumo wrestling although pretty entertaining to watch.

6

u/RUSuper 4d ago

I think I saw it somewhere haha, there were clips circulating on Reddit few months ago 🤣

2

u/Hyp3r45_new 4d ago

They seem to make the rounds every now and then. I remember seeing videos of it last week.

12

u/Groomsi 4d ago

Or turkish oil wrestling, where you can put your hands inside opponents pants.

2

u/Itchy-Clock8196 4d ago

you mean turkish wrestling?

40

u/Lumpy_Benefit666 5d ago

Pretty sure the guy who pulled the move was losing and needed a hail mary to claw back at the last moment.

21

u/candycane7 4d ago

Yeah he looks at his coach at the beginning and the coach just opens his arms all resigned. "whatever just go for it I guess".

4

u/bendltd 3d ago

There is a timer in the background with points. It was like 5:8 with 7s left for red and afterwards it shows 9:8 for red.

3

u/SheriffBartholomew 4d ago

He should do it again the very next match. Nobody would expect it since nobody is crazy enough to try that twice in a row!

-17

u/jawnz_mendes 4d ago

Copium, there is a reason why Dagestan has more gold medalist wrestlers than the United States.

7

u/MAD_DOG86 4d ago

What is the cope. His score was 5 and his opponent 8. I have no idea how this sport works but seeing him celebrate when he got 9 points I guess that's the goal, so his opponent was 1 point away from winning

-9

u/jawnz_mendes 4d ago

I got no idea what i'm even talking about big dawg, i just thought it was a provocative thing to say

1

u/Lumpy_Benefit666 4d ago

I can respect that tbh. No idea why though

38

u/forever_colts 5d ago

Is old. Flying Squirrel move

25

u/Tackrl 5d ago

Pretzeled bro didn't know what to do with his hands. Ice cold.

23

u/Creative-Fall-6001 5d ago

Bro just went full blitz mode, holy shit

19

u/Cream_of_Sum_Yunggai 5d ago

He did a WWE move in Greco-Roman wrestling

3

u/Firm_Video_2932 4d ago

I wrestled my last year of HS and I was like, wtf was that move? And why wasn't I ever taught it??? 😭

1

u/mindfulgore69 4d ago

This is freestyle wrestling. This move would be worthless in a high school match.

9

u/Temporary-Share5153 5d ago

That was back in January and Frenchie is still trying to find the Russian flying squirrel

1

u/lolliffe 4d ago

Rocky was a double-agent??? 😮

https://giphy.com/gifs/D2ESSSB3IYEYo

8

u/RgHenry 5d ago

Dude was raised by cats. Lol

6

u/Starwaverraver 5d ago

Isn't this really dangerous, he literally landed him on his neck

7

u/NoPoemAcid 4d ago

Russian Islamgereev vs French Magomadov. Those dudes from one Dagestan village probably.

3

u/hitch42hiker 3d ago

Close. Dagestan vs Chechnya

5

u/Senselesspassion 5d ago

What is that move? Flying squirrel?!

5

u/eluser234453 4d ago

Bro used his finisher

6

u/AugustusNovus 4d ago

This community became place for Russian propaganda, they keep posting their sport and athletic video, trying to restoring world view on them.

5

u/Special-Operation921 4d ago

Cool, fuck russia though

2

u/Flashy_Brilliant1616 3d ago

what an ironic name

2

u/hitch42hiker 3d ago

The French guy was born in Russia, too lol

2

u/Outrageous_Horse8379 3d ago

Random sporting event that has nothing to do with political and probably started before the war

Erm actually Russia bad

1

u/DistributionFirst905 3d ago

You are no sexy enough for this.

7

u/kabicz 4d ago

F RUS!

3

u/Naive-Present2900 5d ago

I see that France has lost another major battle.

3

u/Forgiz 5d ago

Do I notice confusion on the refs face and a mixed hand gesture first almost giving a point to the French?

3

u/fuxxo 5d ago

Even referee didn't know what hit the guy. Got so confused he had to do little Macarena dance with hands before giving points

3

u/CantaloupeLazy1427 4d ago

Fuck russia, they should be banned from all sports internationally

2

u/offarock 5d ago

Pho Crushah

2

u/cuseonly 5d ago

Why did he win? Didnt pin him?

13

u/GoodDog2620 5d ago

I believe this is freestyle rules, and he scored points for making his opponent's shoulder blades break the 90 degree plane. I'm not 100%, I never wrestled freestyle.

3

u/pandonna 5d ago

Not folkstyle

2

u/Medsk00ldrop0ut 5d ago

I like his coach at the beginning of the clip with his arms open, like he’s asking/challenging his athlete “so what you gonna do to win?”

2

u/DestinationUnknown13 4d ago

What makes this move worth 4 points? I have not wrestled since mandatory in middle school and I recall certain things being worth 1 point or 3 points.

2

u/Paddlesons 4d ago

Sneaky fuckin' Russians.

3

u/lovethese 4d ago

Fuck Russia

2

u/Ungitarista 4d ago

Well done!

Here's your shovel, off to the front you go.

Nice knowing you. byeeeee.

You can see how the soul of the blue guy,got destroyed ,he will never forget about it.

1

u/Ok-Journalist7612 5d ago

Sometimes you just gotta try these things out

1

u/18AndresS 5d ago

Rey Mysterio type shit

1

u/Archhanny 5d ago

Rassling!!

1

u/Hunkfish 5d ago

Even the ref is confuse for a moment

1

u/IndirectSarcasm 5d ago

when you realize your opponent refuses to give you lower leverage in any situation; you gotta take advantage of it somehow 😆

1

u/Giothecutestt 5d ago

Bro in Mayhem mode🔥

1

u/es0mn 5d ago

i have no idea whats going on in france, but is "magamadov" a common name there these days?

6

u/Exalted-Stork-1308 4d ago

Chances are both guys are Caucasian, probably Dagestan or Chechnya.

1

u/Content_Routine_1941 4d ago

This is normal for sports. There is a good wrestling school in the Caucasus. Why would you try to raise your own athlete, spend money and effort, if you can already buy a ready‑made athlete?

P. S. Have you seen the lineup of the French national football team lately? There’s only one “white” person, and even he looks more like someone from Turkey in terms of skin tone.

-2

u/PUTINKAAA 5d ago

In Europe, there hasn’t been a single European for a long time.

3

u/Mc_Shine 4d ago

What a stupid comment.

-3

u/PUTINKAAA 4d ago

C’est la vie. C'est la dure réalité ;)

5

u/KiritoGaming2004 4d ago

Vu comme t'es con c'est ptet pas plus mal que tu te fasses remplacer

-3

u/Mc_Shine 4d ago

No it's not, no matter how you define "European". To me, if you were born in Europe and/or have a European passport, you're European. By that definition, Europe is inhabited by over 90% Europeans.

And even if for some reason your definition of European is that you need to have a long line of ancestors of European descent to be considered European, that still means that most people living here would qualify. For example, the vast majority of immigrants in Germany are from Poland,Turkey (which is at least half European), Ukraine, Russia (not European) and Romania. Over 60% of immigrants are already European even before acquiring German citizenship.

So yeah, your comment is stupid.

6

u/TheGargant 4d ago

Since when Ukraine and Russia aren't European?

-1

u/Mc_Shine 4d ago

I never said Ukraine wasn't European. I didn't count Russia as European, because 3/4 of the country are on the Asian continent.

-6

u/PUTINKAAA 4d ago

Any Ukrainian or Russian will always consider themselves Ukrainian or Russian, no matter where they live—even in Europe. What’s even more ridiculous is the way you lot are running around my comment like monkeys with burning asses and cymbal in your hands, feeling offended for some reason.

1

u/Mc_Shine 4d ago

Ukraine is part of Europe you dolt. And I'm not offended by your comment, I was merely pointing out that it is factually incorrect and stupid. Judging my your comment history and account name, you're from Russia. That doesn't exactly make you an expert on who does and doesn't live in Europe. I bet you don't have the slightest idea what life is like in the various European countries, and how culturally diverse they are, as you seem to be viewing Europe as a singular country for some reason. I suggest you learn some geography.

u/jimmyn0thumbs 5d ago

The ol dick twist

1

u/14high 5d ago

He got Black Widowed

1

u/HC_Denny 5d ago

1

The judge clearly added points to France.

1

u/Clueby42 4d ago

Doing stupid shit sometimes works because your opponent isn't expecting it

1

1

0

u/TimeB4 4d ago

I'm not a wrestler but if someone tried that on me I would instinctively drop to the floor and try to roll into the guy to break his grip.

0

u/mr_D4RK 4d ago

I think the funniest part of the video is the fact that one of them is representing Russia, the other one representing France...

But the surnames are Islamgreev and Magamadov, lmao.

0

u/Inevitable_Love_5586 4d ago

Ох уж эти знаменитые французские дагестанцы)

Как говорится на нашем русском: СМОТРИ КАК Я МОГУ!

-7
