Even without that he’s for sure in the same tier as guys like Olave, McMillan, etc. (ie the tier below the top 6–JSN, JJ, Chase, Puka, Amon Ra, CeeDee)

He's good, and one of his big assets is that he can stayed healthy enough to vacuum up a ton of volume on short and intermediate routes over the years. You'd probably put his hands in the "elite" category but the other five mentioned have a lot of traits that ARSB just doesn't have. Puka for example makes at least one catch per game that is something ARSB is completely incapable of making.
