Every single day. Multiple times a day. I am miserable when I can’t or don’t.

I go to the bathroom, walk to the kitchen, walk to the couch, I do deep knee bends to sit down, do arm flexes to use the remote, torso lifts to get up off the couch, parade march to the kitchen, do lifts with the 1/2 gallon tea container, do a squat to sit on the couch again.

5 days a week and at 61, it is rough.
I let myself go due to my husband being sick! Biggest mistake in my life

Two days a week, strength training with a trainer. Three or 4 times a week cardio on the treadmill for an hour.

Run 5-6 miles Sat & Sun morning, 3-4 miles a couple of evenings after work, lift 4-5 days a week (I have a home gym), & ride my bike pretty frequently.
It's a pretty good routine - my wife and I usually run together, which for us is fun.

I run 5km a day between Monday and Friday.
X100 push-ups, x100 sit-ups and x100 dips a day. No weights.
15 minute sauna most days.
I feel as fit as a fiddle for a 48M.

- Run 6-7kms every other day. 50 sits up afterwards. I need to incorporate weights but don’t really know what I am doing.
Average 11,000 steps a day.

I work. I have a very physical job. I stay strong and limber by going to work. For now. As retirement nears I will need to actually look back into physical activities again but for now I am too beat after a day of work to go lifting more shit. Now cycling is another story. I do that as much as time permits.

Didn't exercise at all for all my adult life. 19 months ago I weighed 335lb at aged 48. I gave up drinking, started walking more and lost a load of weight then a few months ago started swimming 2/3 times a week and recently started going to the gym twice a week. I've lost on total 114lb and I'm the fittest and healthiest I've ever been. Still got a few lbs to lose.

Five times a week for two hours, it’s good for the health but it helps tremendously with my mental health

Exercising will help you gain weight in muscle if you eat enough

I have to consume 7500 calories a day, 3000 before I go to bed. I have an over active thyroid and really high metabolism. If I don't eat enough calories before bed, my body will eat my body mass. There so many resources for those who need to lose weight, very little for those who need to gain.

I exercise 40 hours a week at my job, I’m actually pissed that they switched my department where I was lifting heavy items all day and building muscle, now I’m in a different department with no lifting.
