My neighbor helped us hire got his roofer friend to finish shingling our (huge) roof. We had snow coming, and we were in a bind. My neighbor was convinced his friend could do it. We were shocked to see him show up with his dad, mom, and son. His dad (who was in his late 60s) would lug up 2 packs of shingles at a time up a ladder. His mom and son would lay out the shingles, as well as clean up below. They finished in 2 days, and layed the last piece as the first flurries fell. I've never seen anything like it. Needless to say, they got a huge tip!
