Kill Devil Hills 20-30 something’s things to do

My husband and I are new to the area. In our late twenties and early 30s. We mainly just work and go to the gym or beach but looking for something to do on weekends that people our age go for a drink or live music or whatever.

This person is right, but hit Goombays instead of Red Drum for a night at the bar imho. Avalon pier is fun too, NFL Sundays at Captain George’s!

Hangout at the piers, a few of them have restaurants and bars on them. I'm in my early 30s , grew up here and there really isn't much to do. We fish, and go out on the boat. Recently started exploring the campgrounds off hwy 12 south. We like to fish the bonner fishing pier, have met a lot of our close friends there. It's a great place to beach, explore, hike, fish, play with hermit crabs. Everyone just smokes and drinks all night. It's open 24/7 and not regulated.
